Two Precision Tune-Ups a year, priority scheduling, 15% off qualifying repairs, waived diagnostic fees, no overtime diagnostic fees, drain cleaning and treatment, outdoor coil cleaning as needed, a written condition report, and $100 a year toward a new system — up to $500 per enrolled system. Your price is locked while your membership is active. It's $24.99/month for the first system and $14.99/month for each additional system, with a 12-month commitment.

Yes. Any HVAC system can join — there's no age restriction.
No. Your technician can give you recommendations, options and pricing, but you're never obligated to approve a repair.
