Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

Cool Cats Heating and Cooling (Air Waves Heating & Cooling, LLC dba Cool Cats Heating and Cooling) wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We keep working to improve the experience for all visitors.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we test the site against that standard. We have not certified full conformance, and some content may not yet fully meet it. When we find or are told about a problem, we work to fix it.

What we do

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks, headings and labelled form fields
  • Keyboard access to menus, forms and interactive elements, with a skip-to-content link
  • Color contrast checks between text and backgrounds
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Testing of touch-target sizes on phones and tablets
  • Reduced motion when your device's reduce-motion setting is on

Third-party content

Some content comes from other providers, such as the Google map on our contact page (also available as a link) and the lenders' financing applications. We can't control the accessibility of those services, but please tell us if one of them gets in your way and we'll help another way.

Report a barrier or get help

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll respond and help you get what you need — including by phone.
